Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Ali Khan is riding high on success after she made her Bollywood debut with the film Kedarnath and her second film Simmba opposite Ranveer Singh proved to be a blockbuster hit.
Sara has been making a lot of public appearances and has also given a series of interviews post her film release. In a recent interview, Sara also opened up about her bonding with her stepmother Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Talking to Filmfare, Sara said that she has always been a big fan of Kareena and her character Poo. While talking to the interviewer, Sara asks him to repeat it again that ‘Poo is your stepmother.’ “Can you imagine! Say that again!...Yaa!! I do.”
Sara further added, “People tell me you’ve willed this to happen. You have been such a die-hard Kareena fan that you have willed her into your life and this is what you get.”
Earlier, Sara appeared on Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee With Karan along with her father Saif. On the show, Sara spoke about her bonding with Kareena. ‘’Everyone has been clear about their dynamics with me. It has never been confusing. Kareena herself says that ‘look you have a mother and a great one and what I want is for us to be able to be friends.’ My father also never said ‘this is your second mother’ or made it any way uncomfortable,” she said.
Featuring Sara, Rohit Shetty directorial film Simmba earned Rs 350 crore at the box office.
