Like his Padmaavat co-star, Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor is all set to his wax statue at Madame Tussauds. The Bollywood area of Madame Tussauds London houses wax statues of Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Hrithik Roshan, Madhuri Dixit and Kareena Kapoor Khan. And, now Deepika Padukone and Shaid Kapoor will be soon joining the bandwagon.

Taking to his Instagram account, Shahid Kapoor shared the news by posting a picture with a caption that read, “Keep an eye out. Coming soon”.
It is unclear whether Shahid’s statue will be placed in the Delhi museum or London. The Delhi Madame Tussauds wax museum has celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Virat Kohli, Asha Bhosle among others.
Recently, Anushka Sharma also got immortalized at Madame Tussauds Singapore. Karan Johar and Diljit Dosanjh also announced recently that they will get wax statue at Madame Tussauds wax museum.
On the work front, Shahid Kapoor has been busy with the dubbing of his film, Batti Gul Meter Chalu. The film has been directed by Shree Narayan Singh and deals with the issue of power theft. The film also stars Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam and will release on September 21, 2018.
