A lot of stuff has been written about Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor's alleged rivalry. It was not long back when grapevines were abuzz with rumours of Sara and Janhvi's 'enmity'. However, time and again both the newbies have assured that there are no differences between them. Recently, in an interview, both the actress opened up about their alleged conflict.
A lot of articles and news reports have been written comparing the two actresses. Talking about it Sara told Janhvi, ''There is a recent one, you are wearing a saree, I am wearing a saree. You saw that?'' Janhvi said that they both need to make a red carpet appearance together to save media from the effort of creating collages. Further, Sara narrated a funny incident that happened during the screening of her debut movie Kedarnath. ''At the screening of Kedarnath, she (Janhvi) came and photographers took her pictures and she said to them, "Abhi aapko collage nahin banana padega," Sara said.
Janhvi said that such comparisons motivate her to learn from Sara and the way she conducts herself. Sara further added that one needs to be comfortable in their own skin.
On the professional front, Janhvi made her Bollywood debut last year with Dhadak, co-starring Ishaan Khatter. The movie, which was Hindi remake of Marathi blockbuster Sairat was directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Karan Johar. On the other hand, Sara debuted in the last month of the year but enthralled the audience with back-to-back two films. She was first seen in Kedarnath, co-starring Sushant Singh Rajput and later in Rohit Shetty's Simmba. Kedarnath was directed by Abhishek Kapoor and released after much delay. However, it was worth waiting for as Sara received good reviews for her performance.
