Sanjay Dutt’s daughter Trishala unhappy with Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju?
At a time when people can’t stop going gaga over Ranbir Kapoor’s Sanju, buzz has it that Sanjay Dutt’s daughter Trishala Dutt is unhappy with the biopic. While audiences, critics, and industry folks are all praises for the film, Sanjay Dutt's social media savvy daughter Trishala has not shared anything on her father’s biopic, Sanju. This has taken fans by surprise since she has always been vocal on her social media and on other platforms about Sanju and never missed an opportunity to express her love and pride for her dad.
Last year, Trishala had posted a special video message for her father and his comeback film Bhoomi’s trailer launch. However, Sanju’s posters dropped on the web, the trailer had everyone buzzing, the film hit theatres and people couldn’t stop raving about it. And yet, not a word was uttered by his daughter on any platform.
According to a report in DNA, Trishala Dutt could be upset with the film to begin with. Ever since casting news started to drop about Sanju, there was no mention of anyone playing Trishala or her mother Richa Sharma (Sanjay Dutt's first wife) in the film. Soon after the film released and there was not even a mention of either Richa or Trishala in the film, let alone someone playing them on-screen.
At the box office, Rajkumar Hirani's Sanju has been having a phenomenal run. Although some are criticizing the filmmaker saying that Sanju is just a 'PR stunt' to clean up the actor's image, the audience gave it a thumbs up with a record-breaking collection.
The film crossed Rs 150 crore mark in no time and is now being expected to make big records at the commercial circuits in coming days.
