Rishi Kapoor dispels all wrong speculations of his hair turning grey overnight, see pics
Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor, who is currently in the US for his health check-up, took to social media today to clear the air about his grey hair. Recently, the actor had posted a video with Anupam Kher and his new grey hair look had left everyone wondering as to what it for was. Since the reason of his treatment is unknown, everyone had their own speculations to make.
“This is to dispel all notions and wrong speculations of my hair turning grey/white overnight. My hair was dyed by Awan Contractor for a film produced by Honey Trehan and Sony pictures directed by Hitesh Bhatia. Film is untitled. Trust this clears the air”, the veteran actor tweeted today.
In another post, Rishi Kapoor revealed that his new look was actually for his upcoming film titled Sharmaji. “This is the final look of the film. Sharma ji. All grey! Will revert to original hair colour soon”, his Twitter post read.
Meanwhile, Rishi Kapoor spent quality time with his Agneepath co-star Priyanka Chopra.
Taking to Instagram, 'The Sky Is Pink' star shared a picture of the trio, in which a blonde-haired Rishi can be seen sitting on a couch, and Priyanka and Neetu sitting behind him. "Was so good seeing you both @neetu54 #RishiKapoor laughter and smiles as always!!," Priyanka captioned the post.
The 'Kapoor and Sons' star also recently met his 'old friend', actor Anupam Kher, in Manhattan, New York.
Recently, Rishi Kapoor took to Twitter to share that he is taking a leave for medical treatment. His tweet read, "Hello all! I am taking a short leave of absence from work to go to America for some medical treatment. I urge my well wishers not to worry or unnecessarily speculate. It’s been 45 years “plus” of wear and tear at the movies. With your love and good wishes, I will be back soon!"
