Ranveer Singh wants Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal romancing in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara spin-off
Ranveer Singh has become the full-time shipper of Bollywood. After introducing Kartik Aaryan to Sara Ali Khan, he's now rooting for Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal romance, if not in real life then in a film. Recently, Ranveer was awarded with Most Stylish Actor award and during his acceptance speech, he mentioned his wish to see Vicky and Katrina romancing in a Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara spin-off. Pointing out at Vicky Kaushal, he told him that Zoya Akhtar will make a ZNMD spin-off on him and Katrina Kaif.
He said, "Vicky, if Zoya Akhtar makes Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara with you and Katrina, then what would be the title of the film?"
He gazed at Katrina KAif and said, "Vicky Katrina In Barcelona"
Thsi title left everyone in splits. While there is a buzz that Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif might work together in a film, is Ranveer Singh trying to say that it's a Zoya Akhtar film? How about a ZNMD spin-off. However, according to an entertainment portal, this Vicky-Katrina film is going to be a love story inspired by real life events.
The report reads, "Apparently, the film which Katrina and Vicky are doing together will be produced by Ronnie Screwvala, who is known for his sensible, commercial successes. It's an intense love story, possibly inspired from real life and something along the lines of Kedarnath, which was again a big hit at the box office. Both the actors share amazing chemistry off-screen. They have come together on a television show Tape Cast where both appeared to be very comfortable with each other and shared a warm rapport."
It added, "It's all very hush-hush at the moment as the modalities, including dates, money and roles, first need to be worked out."
For the uninitiated, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara had Katrina Kaif playing female lead opposite Hrithik Roshan. It was her first film with Roshan, followed by Bang Bang.
