Composer Pritam and actor Ranveer Singh have teamed up to "make an anthem" for filmmaker Kabir Khan's directorial '83. "My first film with the powerhouse Ranveer and I'm so glad to be back with Kabir Khan! Super thrilled to be creating music that can match their level of madness," Pritam tweeted on Monday. Kabir and Pritam have already worked on films like "New York" and "Bajrangi Bhaijaan".

Sharing an image of the three on Twitter, Ranveer captioned it: "We got an all-star. Pritamda, it's an honour to be collaborating with you on '83'. Let's make an anthem! Let's make it iconic." In the picture, Ranveer Singh can be seen sharing the frame with hit music-composer Pritam and the director of the film Kabir Khan. The three talented people are all smiles in the post.

On the related note, Ranveer Singh is set to make Delhi his home for the next 10 days. He will be live with and train with Kapil Dev to pick nuances from the former Indian cricket captain for the film 83. Ranveer, who is known to immerse himself in serious preparation for his roles -- whether it be Alauddin Khilji in "Padmaavat" or Murad in "Gully Boy" -- is doing it no differently for "'83", which will tell the tale of India's victory in the 1983 Cricket World Cup.

For his role as Kapil Dev on screen in the Kabir Khan directorial, Ranveer has already trained a bit with the cricket icon. But he is now looking forward to "spending more time" with him. "I'm looking forward to spending more time with Kapil sir. He is kind, generous, warm and funny. I had a memorable two days with him in Dharamsala. I'm going to spend more time with him in Delhi to learn more about him," the actor said in a statement.

"'83", presented by Reliance Entertainment, will tell the story of India's 1983 cricket World Cup victory.
