Rani Mukerji's lovely daughter Adira recently turned two and a lavish party was thrown which was attended by many Bollywood stars. Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karan Johar, Sridevi, Rekha, Karisma Kapoor and several others came to wish Adira, a happy birthday. Plenty pictures of Taimur Ali Khan, Roohi and Yash, AbRam and Lakkshya Kapoor went viral on internet but people were left wondering about the birthday girl. Not a single photograph of Adira surfaced on internet and this upset many.
Now, Rani Mukerji has finally revealed the reason behind Adira not getting clicked. The actress said that it is her husband Aditya Chopra's decision and she can't interfere in this . ''It is single handedly my husband’s decision. In this, he has no interest in taking my advice or my opinion. This department, he is like NO, I don’t want her pictures. And for me, it’s very important that when you are in a relationship, there are times when I would say that OK, this is IT and you have to listen and the same with him. You choose your battles,'' said Rani in an interview to News 18.
Well, despite of so much effort, Adira got clicked with her father. Recalling the incident, Rani said that if Adira would have got snapped with her then she would have been killed. ''I keep telling him that one fine day she is going to be clicked and ironically, she got clicked with the father and thank god it was not me. I would have got killed. But, I saw Adi’s look when that happened and believe me that everybody in my family and house were relieved that it was through Adi,'' said Rani.
The actress is making her comeback with Hichki after three years. The 39-year-old has also announced that she will be making her social media debut soon. So far, Rani has been away from Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc but now the actress will give us a sneak peek into her life and stay in touch with her fans.
