Rakul Preet’s Instagram hacked, urges people not to respond to her messages
NTR biopic actress Rakul Preet’s social media account has been hacked. The actress announced the news on her social media and also urged her fans to not pay heed on her messages till her account is recovered. She tweeted, “Hey guys !! My Instagram account has been hacked ! Please do not respond to any links or messages till it’s recovered !! Thanks.” The details about the hackers have not been revealed as yet.
Rakul Preet becomes the second actress in a week whose social media account got hacked. Last week Trisha Krishnan’s Twitter was hacked and retrieved after a couple of hours without trouble.
Rakul Preet is not the only Bollywood celebrity who has been a victim of internet hacking in a recent while. Recently, Shahid Kapoor’s Instagram account was hacked and for the period during his account remained under control of the hackers, they wrote offensive stuff about Alauddin Khilji as well as Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif. However, soon after the account was hacked, Shahid Kapoor regained the control of his social media.
On the work front, Rakul Preet was last seen in Sidharth Malhotra starrer Aiyaary. The film did average business at the box office. Next, she will be seen in NTR biopic, playing the role of late actress Sridevi.
