South superstar Rajinikanth has always been the people’s hero. The actor has not only won hearts with his phenomenal acting skills but people also love him for being the man with a golden heart. The actor once again proved that his kindness knows no bound when he promised to support the education of a 7-year-old boy after he returned Rs 50,000.
A boy named Mohammad Yasin from Erode found Rs.50,000 lying on the road and the first thing he did was hand over the money to his school principal. After which the principal entrusted the money to the nearest police station. The little boy ’s honest act won the heart of this superstar and he honoured him by sponsoring his education.
Yasin is studying in Class 2 at the Panchayat Union Primary School in Chinna Semur near Kani Ravuthar Kulam in Erode district. The actor even invited Yasin and his family to his residence at Poes Garden on Sunday and praised his parents and the little boy. Rajinikanth told the reporters, “In this age where people cheat, thieve and kill even for a little money, he (Yasin) said that this is not my money and handed it over. What honesty, really. It is a great quality.”
The actor turned politician further said, “He is studying in a government school now. So let him continue studying there. After this, whatever he desires to study I will sponsor him. He is a big inspiration to everyone and every child.”
On the work front, Rajinikanth was last seen in the movie Kaala along with Huma Qureshi and Nana Patekar.
