Priyanka Chopra's brother Sidharth Chopra's wedding called off? Fiancee Ishita Kumar deletes Roka pictures
Priyanka Chopra's brother Sidharth Chopra's wedding which was scheduled for the end of April, seems to be called off. The rumours started doing rounds on social media and in media after Sidharth's fiancee Ishita Kumar deleted the Roka pictures from her Instagram account. Earlier, there were reports that the wedding has been delayed further to let Ishita recuperate from her recent surgery. The bride-to-be went through an emergecy surgery just a week before her wedding. But it was shocking to see that she had deleted the Roka pictures from her Instagram and later, even deactived her social media account. Priyanka Chopra, however, still has the Roka ceremony pictures on her social media. Although, if you click on Ishita Kumar's Instagram account, you'll see it has been removed.
Recently, Priyanka Chopra's mother Madhu Chopra confirmed to media that Sidharth Chopra's wedding has been called off. She said, ""They (Siddharth and Ishita) have mutually called it off." Now, talking to Spotboye, Madhu Chopra said, “My son Siddharth said he was not ready for marriage yet. He explained he needed more time.” Siddharth and fiancee Ishita were supposed to marry on April 30 with their roka taking place in February. The website said the wedding may have been “pushed in haste”.
According to Pinkvilla, the social media handles of all the people who were a part of the wedding, also deleted the pictures from the ceremony. In fact, Priyanka Chopra and Sidharth Chopra have unfollwed Ishita Kumar on Instagram. This was before Ishita Kumar deleted her Instagram account.
No official announcement has been made on behalf of Priyanka Chopra's family. People have now started requesting Priyanka to deleted Roka pictures since Ishita did the same. Before deleting her Instagram account, Ishita Kumar shared few pictures mentioning New Beginnings, which raised many questions.
