Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas’ wedding to clash with Deepika-Ranveer’s reception on December 1?
Two big Bollywood weddings are lined up as the year 2018 is gearing its end. Deepika Padukone is finally walking the aisle with boyfriend Ranveer Singh on November 15 while Priyanka Chopra is soon to become Mrs Jonas in December. While there are only few days of gap between PeeCee and DeePee’s wedding, it is speculated that Deepika’s wedding reception will clash with Priyanka’s wedding in December. Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, who got engaged in August this year, are rumoured to tie the knot in Jodhpur’s Umaid Bhawan Palace in the end of November.

According to a Hindustan Times report, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ wedding invitations have already been sent to the guests. “The wedding will take place on November 30 and the three-day long functions include a sangeet ceremony on November 29 and a reception on December 1. They have invited a select guest list of 110 people including relatives and close friends,” the report reads.
And about the wedding ceremony preparations, the source told HT, “the authorities have been strictly told not to entertain any queries about the event by the locals or the media. Since it’s going to be a high-end affair, they have been instructed to not disclose any information. While the hotel authorities have been approached for the bookings on mentioned dates, but the advance amount is yet to reach them.”
Both Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have zeroed down on Indian designers for the outfits. They have already started meeting the designers. As per the source, the American singer will wear Manish Malhotra for the D-Day.
Priyanka Chopra, who is busy with the shooting schedules, might even push the dates to January as well.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s wedding has been kept under wraps. So far, the details about their wedding trousseau and preparations haven’t been revealed. However, as per the reports, Deepika and Ranveer will pick Sabyasachi outfits for their Italian wedding.
Talking about the wedding guest list, Shah Rukh Khan and Farah Khan will be present at their wedding ceremony. It’s going to be an intimate affair with only family members and close friends in presence. Their wedding reception will take place on December 1 which will be attended by who’s who of Bollywood.
