Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas at Vanity Fair Oscars after-party
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas make heads turn whenever they step out together. Though PeeCee didn't walk down the Oscars 2019 red carpet, she was present for the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party along with her husband Nick Jonas. Priyanka and Jonas were dressed to impress but it was their camaraderie that grabbed eyeballs. As the newly-wedded couple posed for the cameras, they made adorable faces and teased each other. They were also captured sticking their tongues out at each other.
Priyanka and Jonas graced the party in a classy look. While PeeCee wore a black gown with an embellished tulle skirt, her man complemented her in a navy suit and black bow tie. The actress completed her look with a messy bun and statement earrings. Have a look at the pictures:
On a related note, PeeCee revealed a lot of interesting details about her married life on the finale episode of Koffee With Karan 6. She graced the couch with her once arch-rival Kareena Kapoor Khan. On the chat show hosted by Karan Johar, PeeCee said that she flirts a lot with Nick. The actress also went down the memory lane and told how she got proposed. "It took me 45 seconds to say yes as we dated just for 2 months. He was on his knees and he had this big Tiffany box which had another box,'' she said.
Currently, Priyanka has been promoting her upcoming film Isn't It Romantic. She is also shooting for Shonali Bose's The Sky Is Pink, co-starring Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim. The movie is based on the life of Aisha Chaudhary, who became a motivational speaker after being diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis at the age of 13.
Interestingly, Priyanka's pregnancy rumours were recently doing the rounds only to be snubbed by her mother Madhu Chopra later. Priyanka’s mom said, "It was a bad angle. The outfit was nice. She looked like that only in some pictures, the rest were fine. Blame it on the camera angle!"
Nick and Priyanka tied the knot in Jodhpur, Rajasthan in December last year. It was a dreamy wedding with all ceremonies including mehendi, haldi and sangeet. For unversed, the couple had their first date at Met Gala 2017 when they both wore Ralph Lauren.
