Priyanka Chopra shares beach selfie with The Sky Is Pink starcast
Priyanka Chopra is ruling the headlines after she featured in Jonas Brothers’ first song together after six years called Sucker. The actress looked amazing in the song and fans enjoyed every bit of the behind the scenes action there was. Other than mesmerizing in the song, Priyanka wooed everyone with her performance in Hollywood rom-com Isn’t It Romantic? and now she is all set for her Bollywood film The Sky Is Pink. The actress keeps her fans with pictures and videos from the shoot of her upcoming Bollywood film and yet again she shared a beautiful picture with the star cast of the film straight from the Andamans.
On Thursday morning, Priyanka Chopra took to her Instagram to share a beach selfie with her team of upcoming film The Sky Is Pink including actors Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim, Rohit Saraf and the director Shonali Bose. She captioned it as, ‘Our sky is pink..’ The picture looks straight out of a magic land with the sun kissing the actors as they enjoy the sea. Soon after Priyanka, Farhan Akhtar also shared the same click on his Instgaram and wrote, ‘Sun, surf, sand, selfie..’ Check out the posts here-
While Shonali Bose directorial The Sky Is Pink has been in the making for long, the film got its release date just last month. Film critic and trade analyst Tarn Adarsh wrote, ‘’Release date finalised... #TheSkyIsPink to release on 11 Oct 2019... Stars Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim... Directed by Shonali Bose... Produced by RSVP and Roy Kapur Films.’’ The film has been shot at various locations like LA, Delhi, Mumbai London and the Andamans.
The film is said to be based on a true-life story. Juhi Chaturvedi has written the dialogues and Pritam Chakraborty has composed the music for the film, which is backed by Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapur. The Sky Is Pink, which also stars Farhan Akhtar, reportedly revolves around Aisha Chaudhary, who became a motivational speaker after being diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis at the age of 13.
