When Priyanka Chopra’s family wanted her to marry TV actor Mohit Raina
These days Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ whirlwind romance is doing rounds on the social media. It is also being revealed that the lovebirds are soon getting married in a secret ceremony. But there was a time when PeeCee’s family wanted her to marry and settle down with Devon Ke Dev Mahadev actor Mohit Raina. Yes, you heard it right. Her family was fond of the handsome hunk of television after watching his mythological TV series. And hence, they wanted Priyanka to get hitched to him.
As per an India Today report, Priyanka once told Zoom TV about his family’s fascination with Mohit Raina. She said that her aunt liked Mohit because he was well-behaved, honest, young man who is an exceptionally good actor.
However, due to unknown reasons, the proposal wasn’t taken further. Presently, Priyanka Chopra is on top of her game with a number of Hollywood as well as Bollywood films in her kitty. She has placed India on the map of international cinema and ‘global icon’ is the aptest word to address her with.

Recently, she was shooting for her upcoming Hollywood movie Isn’t It Romantic. The pictures of her dancing her heart out are going viral on the internet. She has also been finalised for a movie opposite Farhan Akhtar, in which they will be playing the role of parents to a differently-abled child.
