On Saturday, people came to learn a shocking news of Punjabi singer Parmish Verma shot in Mohali. The singer, who is famous for Punjabi track Gaal Ni Kadni, was shot by unknown attackers on Friday night. Currently, he is undergoing treatment at Fortis Hospital, where his condition is said to be stable. The young singer is known for transforming the way Punjabi video songs were filmed. He made a debut in the field of music direction and later forayed into the field of singing with the song, “Aah Le Chak Mai Aa Gya’. He gained popularity in Punjabi music industry with the popular number Gaal Ni Kadni and Shada. In no time, the songs became the most played dance numbers at the parties and lounges.

Earlier this month, Parmish Verma was conferred with the Best Debut (Male) at the PTC Punjabi Film Award for his role in his debut film Rocky Mental. Apart from this, he was also nominated in the Best Debut Male category for the movie at the Filmfare Awards Punjabi 2018. He also grabbed headlines as he announced the Punjabi remake of Rohit Shetty’s hit film Singham. Ajay Devgn himself took to Twitter to announce this ambition project by the young Punjabi singer, who will play the lead in the film. Parmish thanked the actor on his Instagram account by sharing the poster of the film.
Parmish Verma is the son of Punjabi writer and professor Satish Verma. He completed his schooling at Yadavindra Public School in Patiala. He dropped out of his college and moved to Sydney. He enrolled himself for Hotel Management course but dropped of it as well and came back to Punjab. He is trained in acting for 10-12 years. His hit songs include 3 Peg Sharry Mann, Le Chakk Main Aa Gaya, Kache Pakke Yaar among others.
