Saba Qamar gets trolled for smoking
After Pakistani actress, Mahira Khan being slammed for smoking with Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor on the New York streets, another actress from the neighbouring country has been trolled for having a puff and wearing ‘inappropriate’ clothes.
A few photographs of the accomplished Pakistani actress have gone viral on social media in which she is seen holding a cigarette and wearing a sheer white shirt while in the middle of a photo shoot. The fact that she is holding a cigarette did not go down well with trolls and they slammed Saba on the social media questioning if she really is a Muslim. A Twitter user shared her picture and wrote, “Saba Qamar has also begin following Mahira Khan, Is she even Muslim anymore ??”
While the actress has not commented on anything but her friends from the industry came out in support of her. Saba even found support in fans who advised that slut shaming anyone is wrong.
Osman Khalid, who shared screen-space with Saba in TV drama Baaghi, in a lengthy Instagram post, wrote, "For the love of God, stop looking for every excuse to drag your icons down... Stop sharing these images/videos and stop commenting on them. If you want to speak out, speak out against the jahalat of whoever did this just for social media infamy,"
