Deepika Padukone share a special bond with superstar and close friend Shah Rukh Khan, whom she fondly calls Shah. The actress has debuted in Bollywood with Om Shanti Om, in which she romanced the King of Romance. Later she did two more movies with the superstar; Chennai Express and Happy New Year. On Koffee With Karan, when she was asked to call a close friend, Shah Rukh Khan was the first person she dialled to. Hence, when Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh came together under one roof for Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards last night, ek selfie to banti hai.
Thanks to Sonakshi Sinha, who shared the selfie on her Instagram handle. She wrote, “Money Shot”. We couldn’t agree to her more. If there’s price tag attached to selfies, this could be a million dollar one.
Also, some pictures of Shah Rukh Khan with her most-loved co-star Kajol are being circulated by the fan pages. Both of them received awards under different categories at Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards. Sharing the stage, both shared a warm moment. While accepting the award, they hugged and exchanged pleasantries.
Shah Rukh Khan has worked with Kajol in many movies including Baazigar, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Dilwale, My Name Is Khan, etc. Back in those times, they were the most loved couple by the fans. In real life, they both share a close bond of friendship with each other. During many of her interviews, Kajol revealed how SRK used to play a prank on her on the film sets.
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan has bankrolled Amitabh Bachchan starrer Badla.
