Salman Khan and Rishi Kapoor
It seems Salman Khan is in no mood to mend ties with veteran actor Rishi Kapoor for his rude behaviour at Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja's reception party. Kapoor reportedly misbehaved with Salman's sister-in-law Seema Khan, wife of Sohail Khan as he thought the Bajrani Bhaijaan didn't greet him properly.
Now, in a recent interview during the promotional activities of his forthcoming film Race 3, Salman has lashed out at the 102 Not Out actor without taking his name. Salman said that just because someone is born a few years before him, it doesn't mean he is bound to respect and that too when the person is disrespecting his family. He also said that a couple of people will never be welcomed in his home.
''I don’t have enemies. It’s just that I don’t like a few people. It’s very obvious because I make no bones about it. Just because someone is born a few years before me, it’s no reason for me to respect him. If that person keeps on disrespecting me or any member of my family, I refuse to give him due regard. There are one or two families from whom I have not got that respect and love. That’s where it ends. Some people from the industry will never be welcomed in my home,'' said the fumed actor in an interview with DNA.
The Tiger Zinda Hai actor said that whether senior or junior, one shouldn't be disrespectful. ''I definitely believe that whether someone is a senior or a junior, you shouldn’t be disrespectful to them. Especially, if you are working with them. However, if that person is taking you for an idiot and is being disrespectful, then that’s not done,'' said Salman.
If you are living under a rock, here's what happened. At Sonam and Anand's reception, upset with Salman's attitude, Rishi Kapoor walked up to Seema Khan and had a heated argument with her. Seema informed about this to the actor after which infuriated Khan went on to look for Kapoor but he had already left the venue by then. Later Neetu Kapoor apologized to Seema and Sohail on behalf of Rishi Kapoor for his rude words.
On the professional front, Salman Khan is gearing up for Race 3 release. His upcoming projects are Dabangg 3 and Bharat. On the other hand, Rishi Kapoor will next be seen in Mulk and Rajma Chawal.
