Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and American singer Nick Jonas married at the Umaid Bhawan Palace Hotel in Jodhpur on December 1, 2018. They exchanged wedding vows again yesterday as per Hindu customs. Priyanka Chopra wore a red lehenga whereas Nick Jonas was dressed in a sherwani. The wedding took place in the Baradari lawn of the palace. The photos of the couple is going viral on the internet.

While the wedding is a lavish and royal event, we are sure that the gifts which are pouring in for the couple are equally fancy. However, we are not sure about the others but Nick Jonas' mom Denise Jonas has something special for her 'daughter-in-love' (as she likes to call her). The sweet mother-in-law brought an expensive piece of jewellery for her beautiful daughter in law.

Post her Christian wedding which was officiated by Nick Jonas' dad Paul Kevin Jonas, the groom's mother gifted her the pair of earrings, says the reports in Bollywoodlife. Talking about the exquisite earrings, the stunning piece are from Van Cleef & Arpels and if the reports are to be believed, she handpicked this wedding gift for Priyanka. The snowflake earrings are made of gold with ‘with diamonds of exceptional quality, giving each petal a unique purity and brightness’, as per the brand’s website. The 6.7-carat earrings have 170 stones and. The cost of the beautiful pair costs a whopping $79,500, approximately Rs. 55 lakhs.

Nick Jonas's mother is Denise Miller-Jonas while his father is called Paul Kevin Jonas Sr. before being the co-founder and the manager of the band Jonas Brothers, he was a pastor and have travelled a lot for missionary work. 

Denise too had similar ambitions but couldn't really realise it until she met Paul Sr. She had enrolled for a teaching program and became a sign language teacher at Christ for the Nations Institute, Dallas. That's where she met Kevin Sr, fell in love and got married eventually. She also took an active part in all of her husband's charity work and travelled with him far and wide. 

While Papa Jonas managed the work of Jonas Brothers, their mother was their source of inspiration. She has often travelled with the brothers Kevin, Joe and Nick during world tours. She is even part of many documentaries as well which were shot on the brothers. Denise runs the family-owned restaurant called Nellie's Southern Kitchen. Nellie was Jonas Sr's grandmother.
