Nick Jonas is calm, mature and respectful: Priyanka Chopra’s mother lauds future son-in-law
It’s wedding bells for Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. The couple announced their big engagement with a roka and an after-party last week at the former’s Juhu residence. The actress-singer’s mom, Madhu Chopra, is glad that her daughter will finally settle down. She praised her future son-in-law Nick Jonas for being a wonderful and a mature person.
This comes after Nick and Priyanka made their relationship official with a roka ceremony in Mumbai earlier this month.
E! Online reported that Priyanka's mother, Madhu Chopra, praised him for being calm and mature, and further added these are the two reasons why everyone loves him.
Continuing her praise for the singer, she said she loves him for the fact that he was even polite and respectful towards elders.
She even appreciated her daughter for wisely choosing Nick Jonas as her life partner.
‘I always trust Priyanka’s judgment; she’s not impulsive,’ she added to DNA India. ‘She gave it a lot of thought and when she decided on something, I was sure it would be good.’ The lovebirds confirmed their happy news earlier this week, the Quantico actress sharing a string of snaps from their engagement party on Instagram
The couple was recently under the spotlight as the Chopra family hosted their 'Roka' ceremony at their residence last week, which was attended by Priyanka and Nick's close relatives.
Following the 'roka', a party was hosted by Priyanka's family for near and dear ones.
Priyanka and Nick reportedly got engaged during former's birthday celebrations in London on July 18.
