Nick Jonas’ father Kevin welcomes Priyanka Chopra to family, praises Indian culture
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ relationship is soon to be culminated into a marriage. On Saturday, the couple exchanged rings in a close-knit ceremony. The rituals took place as per Hindu traditions with Nick Jonas along with his parents dressed in Indian attires. After the Roka ceremony in the morning, a formal engagement ceremony took place at the night which had many Bollywood celebrities including Alia Bhatt in attendance. Soon after the engagement, Nick’s father Kevin Jonas welcomed daughter-in-law Priyanka Chopra to the family.
He shared a romantic picture of the couple Priyanka and Nick from the ceremony and wrote, “So happy for the engagement of our son @nickjonas and we welcome @priyankachopra into our family with love and excitement.”

Later, he shared some unseen pictures from the Roka ceremony and wrote, “What an amazing day of celebration for @nickjonas and @priyankachopra engagement and Indian culture.”
In one of the pictures, Priyanka Chopra is seen adjusting the gold chain in Nick Jonas’ neck while the rest of the family stands around them. Also featuring in the picture is Priyanka’s cousin Parineeti Chopra.
On the other hand, mother Denise Jonas shared the same picture and wrote, ““I have found the one whom my heart loves” Song of Solomon 3:4 Congratulations @nickjonas @priyankachopra on your engagement. Welcome to the family!”
On Sunday night, Nick Jonas and family left for the US while Priyanka got busy with her upcoming film The Sky is Pink.

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have been dating each other since Met Gala 2017. The dating rumours sparked when the actress was seen cosying up with the American singer at a yacht party with several other friends. Ever since then, the couple was seen together on multiple occasions, holding hands without shying the presence of shutterbugs.
