On Friday, social media was spewing rage on US’s First Lady Melania Trump. The reason? She wore a jacket saying ‘I don’t care, do you?’ while visiting the refugee detained children at the US-Mexico border. This sent the internet into a tizzy, with millions of people criticising the First Lady for her insensitive act and also the White House to letting her go wearing that jacket. While she was on a humanitarian mission, but her choice of clothes deviated the attention to the silent message they were conveying.
Amid those who lambasted Melania Trump for her poor choice of clothes at a sensitive setting was Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Rajput. The young mother never minces her words and speaks her heart out without fearing the scrutiny she might get under after it. She shared a story on her Instagram with a visibly angry comment.
Also, Mira Rajput has been sharing her pregnancy experiences on her Instagram story. She shared how overwhelming it is to have two hands and two legs inside your belly with hiccups. Facing the midnight woes that every pregnant woman has to go through, she wrote, “You know when you feel like butterflies in your stomach... now think of 2 hands and 2 feet in there. With hiccups... At 2 am. Party. Hoping for a good night's sleep.”
Meanwhile, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput are expecting their second child together. According to the reports, Mrs Kapoor is in her third trimester. On the other hand, the Padmaavat actor pulled out from the IIFA 2018 scheduled in Thailand, citing his back pain. Instead, he’s spending time with his pregnant wife at their residence in Mumbai.
Shahid Kapoor will next feature in Shree Narayan Singh’s Batti Gul Meter Chalu opposite Shraddha Kapoor. Despite the back injury, the actor continued shooting for the film. It’s now that he got some free time to let his back recover.
