While talking to a portal, she revealed how Aishwarya Rai Bachchan not only supported her but also walked out of a film set just to oppose sexual harassment.
Flora Saini said that no one came out in her support but Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. She also said that walking out of a film set might be small thing for her, but for the budding actress it means a lot. Flora even expressed her love for the Guru actress.

Talking about why she took so long to speak about her sexual assault, Flora Saini opened up on how she was subjected to victim shaming and threatening. She was out of work for some time since she spoke against a film producer. She is happy that things are finally changing in India and hence she decided to make her story public.
On Monday, Flora Saini shared some pictures of her broken jaw, which she suffered after an alleged assault by her former boyfriend Gaurang Doshi.
Flora Saini was last seen in Rajkummar Rao starrer Stree. She played the titular role of the Stree, who haunted the hamlet of Madhya Pradesh. The film went on to become a blockbuster of 2018.

#MeToo Movement kickstarted in India after Tanushree Dutta reiterated her sexual harassment story from 2008. She alleged that Nana Patekar sexually harassed her on the sets of Horn OK Please, following which she decided to call of the shoot. She even accused several powerful people of vandalising her vanity and threatening her.
