Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, who will be ringing in her 31st birthday in a couple of days, had a fangirl moment when she met Prime Minister Narendra Modi. She has recently expressed her fondness for the PM and was elated to meet him in person. The picture of their meeting has gone viral on social media. Kangana Ranaut’s sister Rangoli Chandel took to Twitter to share the picture. She captioned the picture, “Proud moment for the whole family!!"
One thing we need to talk about Kangana Ranaut in this picture. She’s looking amazing and vibrant in this floral printed sari. She wore a chiffon sari from her personal wardrobe. The meeting took place at the Rising India Summit which took place in the national capital. At the event, Kangana called PM Modi her role model and also revealed that she is a big fan of him.
At the summit, Kangana Ranaut talked about the term ‘nationalism’ which is one of the most discussed words on social media, especially Twitter. She said that she didn’t about this term and it’s a good thing that at least the word has come out. The actress told DNA, “I am a big Modi fan because of his success story. As a young woman, I do believe that we need to have the right role models. I mean the graph and the ambition of an ordinary man and whenever we have a PM who is a chai wala, then I always say that it is not his victory but it is the victory of our democracy. I feel he is the right role model."
On the work front, Kangana Ranaut is working hard on her forthcoming film Manikarnika, which is a biopic on Rani Laxmibai- the queen of Jhansi. It also stars Ankita Lokhande from popular TV show Pavitra Rishta.
