Malaika Arora opens up about her first love television
Bollywood diva Malaika Arora is making headlines daily for her rumoured relationship with handsome hunk Arjun Kapoor. While the buzz town cannot stop talking about her marriage to the actor, the diva herself reveals that her first love is nothing else but Television. Malaika has always been a known face in the fashion and glamour world. From taking over the Red carpets to slaying with her sassy moves, she has always been in the limelight. But the fashionista says that she enjoys doing television more than acting in the Bollywood movies.
In an interview with DNA, the former VJ was asked why she prefers TV over acting in films. Malaika Arora revealed that television is her first love and she never wanted to act in films and hence, she did cameos and preferred to do dance numbers in movies. Talking about her first love, the chainya chainya lady said, "Television is my first love. Majority of the reality shows I have done have been dance-based, which is directly connected to me. INTM is completely different — it’s related to the fashion world where I belong to. That’s probably why whatever I say comes out instinctively. I’ve been part of the business for quite long, so it’s easy."
She added, "The only other show is IGT, which is again a unique space for me because that’s got talent from all over. So, these shows give me that space to tackle and play around, as opposed to doing the same run-of-the-mill things. I’m glad I have a bouquet of shows."
Currently, Malaika is seen judging two reality shows- one is talent based show India’s Got Talent along with filmmaker Karan Johar and veteran Bollywood actress Kirron Kher; and the other is loaded with fashion and glamour, India’s Next Top Model. Other than being a superhot judge, Malaika is the talk of the town regarding her marriage rumours with Arjun Kapoor.
Just recently, the duo was spotted in Mumbai after their dinner date and the pictures went viral on social media. Like a perfect boyfriend, Arjun Kapoor was making sure that Malaika doesn't get pushed by the crowd and protected her. However, bother Malaika and Arjun Kapoor have never confirmed their relationship status.
