Kriti Sanon preps up for ‘Panipat’ shoot, takes horse riding lessons
After becoming every director’s favorite with her phenomenal acting in ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’, actress Kriti Sanon is making sure that her next film also touches audiences’ heart. To make that happen, Kriti is taking up horse riding sessions for her upcoming period film "Panipat".
Kriti on Tuesday shared a photograph of herself along with a horse and captioned it: "So good to be back with this beauty! Horse riding sessions start again with Suresh Sir and Amateur Riders Club. This time for 'Panipat'." In the picture, Kriti is seen posing alongside a magnificent looking brown horse, wearing a helmet and all set for her ride.
A few days back, Kriti’s co-star Arjun Kapoor also shared a picture of him along with Panipat director Ashutosh Gowariker, in which he revealed that he is also taking horse-riding sessions for the film. He wrote, "Had quite a Sunday morning, started my horse riding sessions for 'Panipat' today. Thank you to the President of Amateur Riders Club, Suresh Tapuriah, for the guidance and for making me meet this absolute beauty of a horse, Shaka Zulu.”
"Panipat" will tell the story of what led to the third Battle of Panipat. Actors Arjun Kapoor, Kabir Bedi and Sanjay Dutt are also part of the ambitious project along with Kriti Sanon. This will be the first time that Arjun Kapoor and Kriti Sanon will be sharing screen space with Sanjay Dutt and the young guns are very excited about it.
It will be produced by Sunita Gowariker under home banner AGPPL in association with Vision World. The film is slated to release on December 6, 2019.
