Krishna Raj Kapoor Funeral Pictures
Legendary actor Raj Kapoor's wife Krishna Raj Kapoor left for heavenly abode on Monday at the age of 87. She suffered a cardiac arrest, as per reports. The news left the entire Kapoor family and film fraternity in shock. The lady has been the strength of her sons Randhir Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor, Rajeev Kapoor and daughters Ritu Kapoor Nanda and Rima Jain since the demise of her husband in 1988.
Confirming the news to PTI, Randhir Kapoor said, “My mother passed away at about 5 am today due to cardiac arrest...old age was another factor. We are deeply saddened by her demise.''
A bevy of Bollywood celebrities arrived at her residence to pay last respect. Kajol, Sanjay Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Anil Kapoor came with heavy-heart to bid final goodbye. Her funeral took place at around 5:30 PM in Chembur.
Varun Dhawan, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor, Aamir Khan among others also came to bid farewell to the beloved lady. Check out pictures below:

Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor's daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni took to Instagram to express her grief and pay tribute to her grandmother. Sharing her pictures, she wrote, ''I love you - I will always love you - RIP dadi''. Raveena Tandon, Anupam Kher and Soha Ali Khan also offered condolences via social media.
Born on December 30, 1930, Krishna Raj Kapoor tied the knot with filmmaker and actor Raj Kapoor in 1946.
