Shah Rukh Khan, who turned 52 this November 2 celebrated his birthday at his plush Alibaug property with a few close industry friends and family. Just like every year, fans gathered in front of SRK's bungalow Mannat in Mumbai to have a glimpse of their superstar. But according to Shah Rukh, he is not a birthday person.
The Raees star in an interview to Mumbai Mirror said that birthday should be important for that one who is born and his family but he feels lucky to have so many people who love him unconditionally. At a time when wishing on social media has become the latest trend, SRK dislikes this culture. Even stars from Bollywood wish their counterparts on Twitter but Shah Rukh has never done that and he will tell you why. ''I am one person who doesn't wish anyone 'Happy Birthday' on social media. I feel it's like standing outside someone's house and screaming Happy Birthday," the Harry Met Sejal actor said.
Well, we totally agree with King Khan. Wishing on social media is more formal than personal.
On professional front, SRK is currently busy shooting for Anand L Rai's Dwarf film in which he is playing the character of a vertically challenged person. The film also stars his Jab Tak Hai Jaan co-stars, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. The movie is slated to release on December 21, 2018 and will possibly clash with Sushant Singh Rajput's Kedarnath and Ranveer Singh's Temper remake.
