Actress Katrina Kaif has joined the bandwagon as just like many other Bollywood celebrities, her wax statue has also been unveiled at the Madame Tussauds in New York. The pics have been shared on social media with the official Twitter handle of the museum located at Times Square in New York City. In it, Katrina can be seen donning gold sequenced lehenga. It seems that the statue was unveiled amidst performances of the ladies donning Indian attires.
Her statue is placed beside megastar Amitabh Bachchan. Apart from Katrina and Big B, Madame Tussauds in New York has the statues of celebs like Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and many more.
Internet gave mixed response when it came to Katrina’s statue. People think that it doesn’t resemble her. However, there are some who have also liked it.
On the professional front, Katrina is occupied with the work of her upcoming film Thugs of Hindostan. She will also be seen sharing the screen space with Anushka Sharma and Shah Rukh in Anand L Rai’s Zero. Both the films are set to release this year.
The lady was last seen playing a cameo in Sonakshi Sinha and Diljit Dosanjh starrer Welcome to New York.
