Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2: Karan Singh Grover will NOT play Mr. Bajaj, makers in search of another actor

Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan starrer Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 has become a rage among the viewers. The show has not just been ruling the TRP charts but also entertaining the audience with its action-packed track where Komolika is all set to die in the process of killing Prerna. While it was already revealed that soon after Komolika aka Hina Khan’s track, makers are ready to introduce Mr. Bajaj in the show but looks like his entry will be delayed. According to the reports, Dil Mill Gaye fame Karan Singh Grover was supposed to play the iconic role of Mr Bajaj in the show but now, he will not.

According to the reports in Pinkvilla, Karan Singh Grover will not recreate the character of Mr. Bajaj in Kasaulii Zindagii Kay 2. A source has informed the portal, “Karan Singh Grover is no longer being considered for the character of Mr Bajaj by Balaji Telefilms as a source tells us that some rushes of his new show were seen by the creators and they realised that he would not be able to do justice to the role of Mr Bajaj. The reason being that he would look too old opposite the main lead, Erica Fernandes and have hence decided to go ahead and keep their search on for the new Mr Bajaj.”

However, there is another report on the same entertainment portal that Karan Singh Grover had not signed the contract with Balaji which is why he won’t be seen as Mr Bajaj in the show. It is said that the makers kept waiting for the actor to sign the dotted line as the initial plan was to introduce the character sooner but looks like the delay from his side has forced the makers to think again. In both cases, Karan Singh Grover will not play Mr. Bajaj and the search for another actor to recreate the role continues.

Fans went in a frenzy on social media when producer Ekta Kapoor announced through her Instagram post that they are looking for a face for Mr Bajaj in Kasauti Zindagii Kay 2. Sjhe shared a video clip from the first season of Kasautii and wrote, “The time has come ! To say bye to @ronitboseroy as d iconic mr bajaj ! N d search for d new one@begins! I have cast ( n not ‘ casted’As someone told me) Ronit in many roles but this remains our most iconic one together @iam_ejf @the_parthsamthaan @realhinakhan @poojabanerjeee @subhavi all have been perfect as anurag Prerna komo Nivi .. willl bajaj match up( hmmmm).”

Currently, the show is witnessing dramatic death of Komolika as she falls down from the terrace while trying to push Prerna.
