Kajol's upcoming flick Helicopter Eela, which was slated to release on September 14, will now hit the big screens on September 7. Kajol will be seen playing the role of a single mother and an aspiring singer in the film. Kajol's last venture was VIP 2, co-starring Dhanush. Through this movie, Kajol ventured into South Indian films.
Ajay Devgn, who is producing the movie, took to Twitter to make the announcement, writing, "Eela coming your way a week early! #HelicopterEela releasing 7th Sept. @KajolAtUN @riddhisen896 @pradeepsrkar @NehaDhupia @HelicopterEela @ADFFilms @PenMovies @jayantilalgada @saregamaglobal."
Directed by Pradeep Sarkar, the film also stars National Award winning actor Riddhi Sen, Neha Dhupia and Tota Roy Chowdhary. Helicopter Eela has been written by Mitesh Shah.
