On June 2, 1996, Sridevi and Boney Kapoor tied the knot in a simple wedding ceremony. Today, it would have been 23 years of their marriage. Sridevi's demise left a void in the lives of her family including Boney Kapoor and daughters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. Sridevi and Boney were married for almost 22 years and for him, she is an irreplaceable person of his life. Today, on their wedding anniversary, Janhvi treated fans with the beautiful photo of the couple.

In the photo shared by Janhvi, Sridevi and Boney are all smiles posing for the camera. Sridevi is seen holding Boney's arm and looking pretty wearing a leather jacket and a red shawl around her neck. While Boney is seen in a white T-Shirt and jeans. Janhvi posted the photo with a heart emoji.

Recently, on the occasion of Mother’s Day, Janhvi Kapoor shared a heartbreaking post on Instagram while remembering her late mother and actor Sridevi.

Janhvi shared a childhood picture of herself with Sridevi and captioned it, “Cherish them, listen to them, give them all the love in the world. Happy Mother’s Day.” The actor can be seen sitting in her mother’s lap. 

Meanwhile, Boney has expressed his interest in rebooting Mr India. The blockbuster movie took Sridevi to the next level in her career. Boney said that Mr India is special for him as he met Sridevi through it. "The most special memory is, of course, meeting my wife Sridevi for the first time for the film and the first day of shooting with her. My only condition was that I needed 60-65 days, but we ended up shooting for 125 days because she was passionate about the project and knew it needed that kind of time," he told HT Cafe.
