On International Mother's Day when everybody is thanking their mothers, Janhvi Kapoor is undoubtedly missing her mom Sridevi the most. Janhvi took to her social media to share a throwback picture of herself with Sridevi. Janhvi didn't write any caption for the photo in which she can be seen having fun with her mumma. Within an hour, the post went viral with over 1 lakh likes. Soon after her post, encouraging comments started pouring in from all the corners. See the post below.
Veteran actress Sridevi passed away in February by accidental drowning in the hotel bathtub in Dubai. Her body was brought back to Mumbai after completing all the formalities.Janhvi got back to shoot for her debut film Dhadak post-death rituals of her mother.
Recently Janhvi wore her mother's saree to National Awards ceremony. Sridevi was given the Best Actress National Award posthumously for her role in MOM.
Mom was Sridevi's 300th film. The actress will be last time seen in Shah Rukh Khan's Zero, which will release in December. On a related note, Janhvi is all set to enter Bollywood with Dharma Productions' Dhadak, co-starring Ishaan Khatter. The flick directed by Shashanka Khaitan will release in July.
