The music composer and Sonia have been dating each other for over a decade now, as per the reports. The actress also featured in movies like Officer, Satta, and Fareb.
The reports of their break up did rounds on the social media earlier, however the duo has been keeping strong and finally they solemnized their togetherness into nuptials. Himesh Reshammiya shared the pictures of their wedding on his social media. They tied the knot on Friday at the music composer’s residence in Mumbai. It was an intimate affair with only few people in attendance. Sonia Kapoor is Himesh Reshammiya’s second wife. Earlier, he was married to Komal for 20 years.
Talking about this new blissful phase of life, Himesh Reshammiya told a leading daily, “I am really happy that Sonia and I have started this new journey, she is a lovely girl and I have loved her unconditionally.” Sonia Kapoor said, “Himesh is a wonderful human being and my soul mate. He means the world to me and I am very happy to start this beautiful journey with him.”
Before the wedding, Himesh Reshammiya’s team released an official statement announcing the details of the function.
It read, “Himesh Reshammiya will tie the knot with long-time girlfriend Sonia Kapoor. A simple ceremony will be held on the night of May 11 at his residence. The ceremony will be a close-knit affair with just close family and friends. Himesh’s parents and son Swaym will also be present for the occasion.”
