Here's what happened when troll called Sonam Kapoor a flop actress
There's no one who comes near Sonam Kapoor and Swara Bhasker when it comes to shutting down the trolls. There are times when these vicious trolls tried to pull Sonam down for her strong opinions, but the Veere Di Wedding actress is not someone who would bend in front of them. Recently, on Arbaaz Khan's chat show Pinch By Arbaaz Khan, Sonam was made to read a comment of a troll who called her flop actress. The actress was in no mood to take a back seat and just watch the comment.
She said, "I don't remember my last flop." Later, she added, "But I think till seven years ago, I don't think I did have films that I could speak much about. I think when I signed Raanjhanaa [2013] and I started looking at scripts, my films did relatively well. I don't remember a time where my acting wasn't appreciated or my films didn't do well."
In India and across the world, lives are so miserable because there is so much misery around. So you kind of envy people who are achieving something. Because of so much competition around, people can't stand it when people are doing well," added Sonam.
"I have millions of followers on Twitter so I can't sit and read comments. Also, I cannot take one person's snarky comment seriously. I believe a lot in prayer and sometimes, I do pray saying that I hope that negativity and hate is not there in this world. I honestly believe that even a hater is a lover," Sonam Kapoor concluded.
On the work front, Sonam Kapoor will be next seen in The Zoya Factor with Dulquer Salmaan. Currently, she is enjoying her time off with husband Anand Ahuja in Delhi. She is joined by her brother-in-law Anant Ahuja.
