Here’s how Diljit Dosanjh leaves Karan Johar heartbroken, upset!
Karan Johar and Diljit Dosanjh share a common love for fashion and it was evidently proved when the Punjabi singer-actor featured in Koffee With Karan 6. There was bromance and laughter pouring in abundance when Diljit shared the stage with Karan Johar. Their camaraderie made headlines and everyone wanted them to do the film together. But what happened that made Karan Johar say that Diljit Dosanjh leaves him upset and heartbroken. On his recent appearance on Neha Dhupia’s chat show No Filter Neha, Karan Johar revealed that one problem that he has with Diljit Dosanjh.
He shared that while they are both fashion crazy people, but Diljit often get his hands on the latest fashion before KJo does and posts pictures on social media wearing them. This leaves Karan Johar in a Channa Mereya state.
According to a report in DNA, Karan Johar said, “So I’ve a big problem Neha, I am really troubled by Diljit Dosanjh. I mean, like you know the thing is that, I think we both are like crazy shoppers and I think we invariably land up wearing the same clothes because we have the same brands that we love, and plus they are also from the new collection and we are bit of like, I’m also an online shopper, so I go through this process of buying these things and wearing them on occasion. But Diljit buys and wears, immediately and puts up an image.”
He even quoted an incident where Karan Johar was supposed to wear this particular jacket. But before him, Diljit Dosanjh wore and shared a picture on the social media. “So we had this faux fur jacket, you must specify that because I don’t wear faux fur jacket it’s from a brand called as GCDS (God Can't Destroy Streetwear) and I was saving it for my big photo opportunity time when I was travelling to Europe and suddenly the night before I take that flight, I see the image uploaded by Diljit Dosanjh and he uploaded and I was like I called Nikita, my stylist and I’m like I’m shattered, I’m broken and I’m totally like Channa Mereya out right now because I’m like I wanted to wear this jacket and that was my FWP. And, I was so upset, it broke my heart,” he added.
