Here's how Boney Kapoor reacted to son Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora's marriage rumours
Amid the ongoing buzz of actor Arjun Kapoor getting married to Malaika Aora on April 19, father Boney Kapoor has come to the forefront to speak about the widespread rumour. Arjun Kapoor, who will be seen next in Panipat, has been making huge headlines for his relationship with Malaika Arora for quite some time now and, if rumours are to be believed the couple is tying the knot this April in a church wedding. However, producer and Arjun Kapoor's father Boney Kapoor has denied all such speculations.
"There's no truth to these rumours", Boney Kapoor was quoted as saying to Amar Ujala. .Earlier, some reports suggested that Boney Kapoor was not ready to accept his son’s relationship with Malaika Arora because of the strong bond that he shares with Salman Khan and his family. Malaika, too, in a recent interview had called these wedding reports 'media-made'.
Speaking on a recent chat show, Malaika spoke about remarrying and said, "I guess everyone wants to move on and find love and companionship with people they can relate to. And if you do, I think you are just lucky. If you can do that, I think you are lucky to find that second chance at being happy."
The couple, who have usually refrained from talking about their relationship are now indulging in public outings much to the excitement of us all who are totally ready to see them say 'I do' to each other. Of late, the couple have also been vocal about their relationship with Malaika even confessing on Koffee with Karan, "I like Arjun this way or that way'
Talking about ending her 19-year-old marriage to Arbaaz Khan, Malaika said, “Divorce is a huge step. It gave me freedom in the sense that I could make a choice that I stand by. It is a choice that is not applauded by many but it gives you the freedom to move on, to make new choices, to go ahead in the world with your head held high and without feeling the past baggage.”
Soon after the divorce, Malaika and Arbaaz have moved on in their lives. While Malaika is said to eb dating Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor, Arbaaz Khan is evidently dating Italian model Georgia Andriani.
