Salman Khan is already known as the machine that launches talented actors into Bollywood. After stars like Daisy Shah, Sooraj Pancholi, Zarine Khan and his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma, Salman Khan is all set to introduce another handsome hunk in the industry- Zaheer Iqbal.
Salman, on Wednesday, posted a throwback picture from his Maine Pyaar Kia days in which he is seen holding a little kid on his waist. He wrote, "Being launched tomorrow... kal dekhte hai yeh ladka aaj kaise dikhta hai." That kid is none other than Salman’s close family friend’s son Zaheer Iqbal. The actor has no relation with Bollywood and has never appeared on any TV, film or commercial before. But when Salman saw him performing at Arpita Khan’s wedding, it made it a point that Zaheer enters Bollywood with huge pomp and show. We all know how good Dabangg Khan is when it comes to finding good talent.
It is learned that Salman Khan will be launching the young and aspiring actor under SKF (Salman Khan Films) As reported by TOI, the film will be a love story set in Kashmir and will be helmed by director Nitin Kakkar. The untitled film is also being co-produced by Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde of Cine1 Studios. The makers are also looking for a leading lady. Since Zaheer is a newcomer, it is best suited that he gets paired with a new actress.
If rumours are to be true, Zaheer Khan is dating Sana Saeed, the girl who played Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. It is also learned that Salman Khan is training Zaheer in different aspects of cinema so that he marks his presence in Bollywood in stone.
“Zaheer is made for the movies. He is a fantastic actor and a born star. His greatest asset is his honesty and that shows on screen.” Adding to that, director of the upcoming film, Nitin Kakkar said: “Zaheer’s level of commitment towards his work is great. He will go a long way.” – The Times of India reported.
Zaheer is also friends with other actors like Sonakshi Sinha and Varun Dhawan. After Salman Khan’s blackbuck case verdict, Sonakshi posted a picture in which she is seen hugging the actor. Other than Salman and Sonakshi, it is Zaheer Iqbal in the photograph.
It won’t be wrong to say that Zaheer is quite special for Salman Khan as he has done an exclusive photoshoot with the upcoming actor and his launch also coincides with Salman Khan’s song ‘Allah Duhai Hai’ from his much-awaited film Race 3.
Salman Khan, on Thursday, took to his Twitter and shared a picture with Zaheer. He wrote, "How these kids grow up so soon... ALWAYS keep giving your best #ZAHERO no matter what. Stand tall and always bend backwards for those u love and those who love u, Yeh yaad rakhna that the most important thing in life is Respect and Loyalty. @iamzahero"
