Bollywood actress Surveen Chawla, surprised everyone a few months ago by revealing that she has been married for two years with businessman Akshay Thakker. Now, the Hate Story actress is expecting her first child.
Announcing the news of her pregnancy, the actress who has graduated from television to films, on Thursday took to Instagram and wrote: "Life happens when it chooses to happen, when it wants to happen. And it is happening right now in this very moment, making our blessed and beautiful world even more blessed than what it already is!
"Yes, there is a miracle taking place, a miracle called life. And we are growing by two little teeny-weeny feet!" The message was accompanied by a photograph with her businessman husband Akshay Thakker.
Surveen got married to her long-time businessman beau Akshay Thakker in a private ceremony in Italy in 2015. Yes, the actress has been married for two years now and, she only made it official few months ago.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Surveen Chawla shared the adorable photo with a heartfelt caption that read, “And just like that, right in the middle of an extra-ordinary life, love gave us a fairy tale.. .Married #bliss #EternalLove #GiveUsYourLove&Blessings”
Surveen Chawla recently came to the forefront to reveal everything about her secret marriage with husband Akshay Thakker.
"Yes, I am married. I have known Akshay for long. It was a personal choice to not talk about the marriage. We wanted to break the news just before our Indian wedding, which was scheduled to take place this month. However, we had to postpone it to 2018, following a loss in the family”, the actress was quoted as saying to Times of India.
After garnering visibility with TV show "Kahiin Toh Hoga" and "Kaajjal", Surveen has featured in films like "Hate Story 2", "Ugly" and "Parched". She has also done Punjabi movies.
