Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh has turned a year older today. Over the past, the actor has enthralled us with amazing negative characters and, has changed our perception towards bad guys in Hindi film cinema. With his tall, fair and handsome looks, he could have been a quintessential Bollywood hero, but he chose to be an onscreen baddie Neil Nitin Mukesh, who ventured into Bollywood with Sriram Raghavan's 2007 film Johnny Gaddaar, earlier said that the trend of negative characters has picked up in Hindi cinema immensely. Neil will be seen next in as the villain of Prabhas starrer Saaho, which also stars Shraddha Kapoor.

The birthday boy believes in working in films which have good scripts and will not say no to a film that offers him a negative role. On Neil Nitin Mukesh’s birthday, here are some of his best negative character that made us all go wow.

Golmaal Again

Neil brought about baddie avatar in the Rohit Shetty film like they used to play in the 1980s and ’90s. With his innocent face, it was a good disguise for playing a character who is shady but not evil. 

Players

In 2012, Neil starred in Abbas-Mustan's Players in a negative role. The film had an ensemble cast including Abhishek Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor, Bipasha Basu and Bobby Deol. The film was a remake of the 2003 Hollywood heist thriller The Italian Job. 

Wazir

This is by far Neil's best performance as a villain. He sent chills down the audience's spines. His scary expressions and superb dialogue delivery stood out in this Amitabh Bachchan-Farhan Akhtar starrer.

Prem Ratan Dhan Payo

In Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, he played the role of Salman Khan;s rebellious younger step-brother. His villainous attitude was something to look after in this film.
