At the end of the movie; he realizes the love of his nurse towards him after she comes back to him giving divorce to her alcoholic husband and says goodbye to his friends and is shown laughing heartily at the end of the movie. The movie is heart touching and is the best acting delivery by Hrithik so far.

The actor who became an overnight star with his ultimate hard work and dedication captured limelight in a very short span of time.
