Last night, all the A-listers of Bollywood were under the same roof at Filmfare Glamour & Style Awards 2017. By everyone we mean ex-flames Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor as well. Though, the ex-couple has worked together in Udta Punjab, but they avoided eye contact as much as they can. Time and again, the ex-lovers have crossed each other’s path but unlike other estranged couples of Bollywood, they don’t exchange pleasantries. Both the actors were present at the same event last night and here’s how they avoided a face-to-face.
According to Bollywood Bubble, a source close to Kareena and Shahid told that Shahid Kapoor was visibly not happy with his ex’s presence at the red carpet. Later, when Kareena Kapoor went to check her seating, she made sure that her seat is placed as far as possible from Shahid Kapoor.
Kareena Kapoor wanted to avoid any encounter with Shahid Kapoor. It has been a decade since Shahid and Kareena broke up. But it seems like the duo has not made peace with their past.
On the work front, Shahid Kapoor will be next seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s controversial period drama Padmavati. He is paired opposite Deepika Padukone, who even received death threats for her role as Rani Padmini. Kareena Kapoor Khan, on the other hand, will be seen in Veere Di Wedding which also stars Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhasker, Shikha Talsani. The movie is slated to release in May, 2018
