Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt, Sushmita Sen-Rohman Shawl and Arjun Kapoor-Malaika Arora also celebrated their New Year together and weren’t even shy to share it with the world. Farhan Akhtar was previously married to hairstylist Adhuna Bhabani since 2000. The couple have two daughters named Shakya and Akira. In 2016, the couple announced their split, ending 16 years of marriage.
On the work front, Farhan Akhtar is currently working with Priyanka Chopra in Shonali Bose’s The Sky Is Pink. The film also stars Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf in the lead roles. It is based on the life of motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhary. Farhan is playing the role of Aisha’s father in the film.
