Legendary Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar, who celebrated his 96th birthday on December 11, shared a candid picture with Saira Banu on social media, which has got everyone talking. The adorable monochrome photo is a visual treat to the eyes. Saira Banu, who has worked in films like Sagina and Gopi with her husband, married Dilip Kumar in 1966. She has been a constant pillar of support for her husband, who is 22 years older than her.

Taking to Twitter, Dilip Kumar shared the lovely picture with a caption that read, "My love and greetings to all of you.  God bless".

Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary on October 12, 2018. On the special occasion of , the official account of the veteran actor shared a throwback picture of the couple with an adorable message. It reads, “Message frm Saira Banu: My Kohinoor, my sahab, the man of my dreams, my Yusuf jaan and I can't thank enough- the millions of well-wishers, friends and family for your beautiful messages, calls and greetings on our 52 years of marriage today, Attaching a personal fav. photo -SBK”

Meanwhile, Dilip Kumar's health condition has been a concern to fans. In September and October, 2018 he was admitted to a hospital for recurrent pneumonia but he is now at home and recovering.

Dilip Kumar, whose real name is Muhammad Yusuf Khan, was born in Peshawar. He ventured into acting in 1944 with "Jwar Bhata" and later featured in cinematic jewels like "Babul", "Devdas", "Mughal-e-Azam", "Shakti" and "Saudagar" among many others. 

His last Bollywood outing was in 1998's "Qila".

In the past few years, Dilip Kumar has kept his fans abreast through his Twitter account, mostly run by Saira and Farooqui.
