Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor’s chemistry in this video proves why they are everyone’s favourite couple
It has been long since Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor parted their ways on a rather bitter note. However, everything is under the bridge now. Despite sharing a past together, they have maintained a cordial relationship with each other. After break up, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone worked together in two films; Tamasha and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Now, they have collaborated again but for an ad film now. The video has been released and it’s going viral on the internet. The images from the ad film are already doing rounds on the social media.
The advertisement shows Deepika and Ranbir as friends who are discussing what colour of paint they should have on their walls. The ad ends with Deepika cutely calling Ranbir a bacteria.
Deepika Padukone also shared a BTS picture on her social media which had husband Ranveer Singh dropping the mushiest comment. He wrote, “Hello, dimple. We meet again.”
It seems like Ranveer Singh is not perturbed at all with his wife Deepika working with her ex Ranbir Kapoor. In fact, while talking to media, the Simmba actor made it clear that he doesn’t feel insecure when it comes to his wife. He said, “Do I seem like an insecure person, really? I am not an insecure type at all. I am extremely secure in who I am and what I am. I know that nobody can love her the way I do, so it’s cool.”
He added, “Deepika Padukone ko wife bana diya, yeh hota hai achievement (I made Deepika Padukone my wife, that’s an achievement)! Tere bhai jaisa koi hard-ich nahi hai!”
On the work front, Deepika Padukone will start working on her next film Chhapaak with Vikrant Massey. Ranbir Kapoor is working with his girlfriend Alia Bhatt in Brahmastra. Both of them have their hands pretty full when it comes to Bollywood projects.
