Her fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala shares the videos of her workout session, giving us an insight of her gruelling workout schedule. Her super-tough workout schedules might have put some extra pressure on her neck caused her neck pain.
The news broke out when Deepika Padukone was spotted at the airport with a bandage on her neck. Despite the injury, the actress was seen sporting a million dollar smile for her fans who were there to click her.

A couple of days ago, fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala shared a video in which Deepika Padukone is seen doing a Swan Dive on a reformer. This exercise is done to strengthen back muscles. It also targets core and activates glutes.
Deepika Padukone was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s controversial film Padmaavat, in which her role is being massively appreciated. The film is soaring high on success and it has minted Rs 500-crore at the box office so far and counting.
She will be seen in Vishal Bhardwaj’s yet-to-be-titled film which stars Irrfan Khan alongside her.
