Deepika Padukone makes peace with past, follows Katrina Kaif on Instagram
There is a lot of history which went down between Bollywood beauties Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone, courtesy – Ranbir Kapoor. On many occasions, Deepika has spoken about the time when Ranbir Kapoor was dating her and ended their relationship to be with Katrina Kaif. She made no bones about the fact that Ranbir cheated on her with Katrina and that ended up spoiling their relationship.
Deepika and Katrina have never seen eye to eye since then, despite Deepika finally moving on with Ranveer Singh. Now, she has left us shocked by publicly extending olive branch to Katrina Kaif by following her on Instagram.

Despite being hurt in love, Deepika has always maintained very cordial relationship with Ranbir Kapoor and also did two films: Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Tamasha with him. They let go of their bitterness and remained good friends. Looks like Deepika wants to be cordial with Katrina too because after all, they belong to the same fraternity.
Earlier, Deepika wished Katrina on her birthday this year with a sweet message on Instagram this year and has also started following her. Well, we are wondering if Katrina will also start following Deepika on Instagram and whether this is the beginning of a new friendship between the actors.

At Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s reception, Katrina congratulated the newlyweds and had a great time mingling with other friends from the industry. Her close friend Yasmin Karachiwala shared many photos of Katrina having a gala time at DeepVeer’s wedding reception.
On the work front, Deepika Padukone, who recently tied the knot with Ranveer Singh, will be seen next in acid attack victim Laxmi Agarwal’s biopic. Meanwhile, Katrina Kaif will feature in Salman Khan starrer Bharat.
