Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, who have been otherwise shy speaking about their relationship, have now left no stone unturned divulging details on their marriage. Recently, the Gully Boy actor was at Famously Filmfare where he spoke at lengths about his new wife Deepika Padukone. The couple tied the knot on November 14 and 15 at Villa del Balbianello at Lake Como in Italy. Ever since then the couple tied the knot, they never shied away from signing praises about each other.
When Ranveer Singh was asked if there were certain things that wife Deepika Padukone barred him from doing, the actor named three things. He said that he was banned from staying out of the house till late, leaving home without eating and missing calls.
Ranveer Singh also said that even though they were in a serious relationship for six years, it felt surreal when they tied the knot.
“Nazar na lage meri baby ko. She is just so gorgeous, man. When she goes to sleep, she is gorgeous. When she wakes up, she is gorgeous. In the middle of the day, she is gorgeous. Every day I wake up next to her and I can't believe it. It has been six years and I still can't believe it. So yeah, it feels amazing," he said.
Ranveer Singh also revealed that Deepika Padukone is nothing like a diva at home. She’s infact a gharelu woman. He said, “She's so gharelu, I love it. I love it, I love it, I love it. I love to see her in that mould. She is a really awesome homemaker, by the way, in addition to everything that she is. She loves playing house-house, basically. I lucked out, because I know that she is going to make my life beautiful.”
On the work front, Ranveer Singh will be next seen in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy with Alia Bhatt and Kalki Koechlin.
