Actress Deepika Padukone and actor Ranbir Kapoor had to walk the ramp at Mijwan 2018. The event that was supposed to take place on April 9 was postponed as both the stars fell ill. Now, if latest reports are to be believed, the ex-lovers will come together and turn showstoppers on April 19. However, official confirmation on the same is still awaited.
It is being said that both Deepika and Ranbir will set the ramp on fire in beautiful creations designed ace designer Manish Malhotra.
It is an annual fundraiser organised by veteran actress Shabana Azmi.
Earlier, the designer announced Deepika and Ranbir’s collaboration and captioned it as, “The Walk Of Mijwan Fashion Show. 9 years of Mijwan, the journey. Muses - The fabulous, dapper and charming Ranbir Kapoor with the very beautiful, stunning Deepika Padukone... together for Mijwan.”
Last year, superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka tuned showstopper at the event.
This is known to all that even after their breakup, Deepika and Ranbir share a great camaraderie. Thus, people are waiting to see both the stars together.
On a related note, Deepika was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial venture Padmaavat alongside Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor. Ranbir, on the other hand will next be seen in Sanjay Dutt biopic.
